• Represented a Pennsylvania municipality against a Virginia bankruptcy debtor for municipal utilities and services provided in a Pennsylvania trailer park. Arranged for the payments directly to the municipality, bypassing the trustee, and for the trailer park to be auctioned off by the first lien holder.
• Represented a commercial landlord in a Chapter 7 case and obtained immediate possession of property and removal of tenant's property that resulted in a quick re-letting of the property.
• Successfully defended preference claims filed by suppliers of goods to grocery and convenience stores in a Pennsylvania bankruptcy case.
• Represented various creditors of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy estates, including purchasers of equipment, services, and customized vehicles.
• Represented a factoring company from New York against a claim by a Pennsylvania chapter 7 trustee to disallow a late filed claim for $38,000.00. Successfully argued that the claim should be allowed as fully secured and obtained a payment of over $225,000.00
