Bankruptcy - Personal and Business bankruptcies — We advise business clients both as debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases, and we represent individuals as debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases as follows:

- Filing proofs of claim and litigating objections to proofs of claim
- Obtaining relief from the automatic stay
